Charge 3 isn't registering EOV

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have been using newly bought Charge 3 for consecutive 7 days now. I have latest firmware for Charge 3 and Android App update installed. For all those 7 days, the tracker is tracking my sleep, heart rate continuously. I can also see the sleep timings are near accurate. However, the Oxygen variation graph is empty for all those 7 days.

I talked to support, but didn't get any proper answer. I have tried clearing user data via settings in Charge 3 clock face. I have also tried unpairing charge 3, uninstalling the app, re-installing the app and pairing again. No luck with any of these.

It's great to see you here, @kal25.

Thanks for troubleshooting this EOV issue. If you move frequently during sleep, the movement can interfere with the light that bounces back to the sensors on your device.

To receive EOV data, note the following:

  • Make sure your Fitbit device is snug and secure before you go to sleep. For more information, see How do I wear my Fitbit device?
  • Make sure your Fitbit device is charged.
  • You must sleep 3 or more hours.

Let me know the outcome.
