Charge 3 isn't registering active minutes

Active minutes not being recorded on Fitbit 3 therefore calories are also incorrect. I have had this problem for 2 months hoping an update would fix but unfortunately not.

 

I have tried 15 times to restart the Fitbit over a space of 3 weeks and still not working. I had the Fitbit 2 for 3 years and didn’t experience any problems. Not a good move changing to the Fitbit 3 nothing but problems since I got it
