Have noticed that since 23rd January my current heart rate/sleep has not tracked from that date to today 29th January. Have done a reset 3 times and it's still not working. The LEDs on the back of my Charge 3 don't flash at all.

Thanks for troubleshooting this heart rate issue. If you are having problems with this, I recommend checking the article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there. Once your tracker starts to register your heart rate information, it will be able to register your sleep too.
