Hi, had completely abnormal heart rate reading and now.... nothing! I have re-booted a couple of times but light still doesn’t turn on. Please help!

Thanks for troubleshooting this heart rate issue. If your tracker isn't registering this information, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there.
