Charge 3 isn't registering my running time

It doesn’t register my running time, all other info, ie distance, calories & so on, but not how long I’ve been running? Have reset twice, but still not? Any info would be great.

Hi , not sure what you need?? ... I do stop the Fitbit on my wrist when I
finish running... this is a pic of my results on my IPad...
