One of the reasons I purchased Fitbit was to monitor my quantity of sleep, but days/nights where I don't
get any sleep are left blank and I'm told to wear Fitbit. These days are not computed into the average
sleep amount.
Is there any way to force 0 sleep days into calculations and graph data?

A warm welcome to the Community, @DuaneR.
If your tracker isn't registering your sleep, I recommend trying the following:
Let me know the outcome. 🙂

Thank you for your concern and taking the time to write me.
I found the PERFECT solution....I returned it to the store and got a full refund. In other words,
I'm OUT! There is no reason for this device to be having all of these problems. I read the other problem
entries and they have had the same issues for a long time and apparently the management hasn't
been concerned enough to make the necessary changes.
My wife bought me this fitbit for Christmas knowing I needed this device for help to document my insomnia and track sleep time and quality of sleep. I'm not a 20 year old running around a spa trying to impress the ladies by wearing my sexy fitbit. I don't need to know my heart rate as I am running a mile. I'm trying to collect data to present to my sleep doctor to find a way to get a blissful 8 hours of sleep.
And there is no reason to have a discussion on the correct way to compute the average daily sleep time
when they can't do basic math. I used to be a software engineer and if I had turned in a version with this many software bugs or flawed logic, I would have lost my job.
