My Charge 3 had difficulty syncing the sleep function since I purchased it in March 2019. Finally it stopped the sleep function completely on September 25. I continued wearing it just for the time function. I worked on the sleep function with two experts and both agreed it could not be repaired.
Then something happened in late October. The sleep function started to work perfectly and has been fine ever since. Did you do something that caused this and will it continue to function?

I am glad to hear that your Charge 3 is now registering your sleep information. Regarding your question, we are not sure what might have caused this, but we would expect this to be a one glitch and I would ask you to keep an eye on your tracker, and in case this happens again, please let me know and I will be glad to further investigate.
