Hi there,
Love my Fitbit Charge 3. However, I suffer from sleep apnea and undergo sleep medications etc. I found the sleep score info very useful and interesting. The info saying when I was awake, in light sleep, deep, and REM.
Unfortunately that only appeared the first night I had the device. Since then, I am shown 'sleep pattern' which only shows info like restless, asleep and awake. This is not nearly as detailed and I want to know how to get the info I actually want.
Kind Regards,
Elliot

Hi all,
Thank you for your replies, unfortunately they did not solve the issue.
However, I have discovered that my sleep score & sleep stages information appears when I go to sleep without pressing 'begin sleep' on the fitbit app. If i press begin sleep, then the only info provided is the sleep pattern info.
I think this is counter intuitive that informing the app you are sleeping provides less results. However, the issue is now solved.
I hope this helps others with the same issue.

Did your sleep get recorded with sleep stages of was it simple sleep? If simple sleep, what does the app give as a reason?

Welcome to the Community, @Ellfan and @Rich_Laue, thanks for the input.
You must see sleep stages to see a sleep score. For more information, I recommend checking the help article: What should I know about sleep stages?.
If you see sleep stages but don’t see a sleep score:
Let me know the outcome. 🙂
