Charge 3 isn't showing EOV

I signed up for the premium when I received my Charge 3 in April.  The sleep info allowed me to get a score based on my sleep goals.  Its also showed info on Time asleep, Deep/REM and Restoration.  You could also tap into that info and see a graph.  I understanding is this is a feature for premium members.  It just stopped working.  My dashboard shows a sleep score and how long I slept but when I tap into it I get different data. I have synced, charged and reset my device and I have made sure it was fitted to my wrist.  So frustrating.

Welcome to the Community, @LaurieOrlando.

I understand how are you feeling and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this EOV issue. If you move frequently during sleep, the movement can interfere with the light that bounces back to the sensors on your device.

To receive EOV data, note the following:

  • Make sure your Fitbit device is snug and secure before you go to sleep. For more information, see How do I wear my Fitbit device?
  • Make sure your Fitbit device is charged.
  • You must sleep 3 or more hours.

Let me know the outcome.
