Hi, I bought a Fitbit Charge 3 each for myself and my partner at Christmas time. Mine shows the Oxygen Saturation reading in my sleep tracking but not on my partner’s app. I’ve rebooted the device, removed the app from the iPhone 8 and reinstalled, turned off Bluetooth and turned back on, checked all the notification settings as per advice on the internet but to no avail. My partner’s iPhone is a software update outstanding and I did update that this morning but nothing has changed. The function has to be available but it will not come up at all. Has anyone got any other advice?

Since getting the watch for Christmas I have been patiently waiting for SPO2 data. I specifically bought this watch because of the SPO2 sensor expecting to get SPO2 readings. I do understand that some users are getting some data in the Sleep details. Please Fitbit provide some clarity and transparency on what’s going here and what the plan is.
thanks
