Charge 3 isn't showing the correct time

Hi all, I replaced my Charge 3 in May with another Charge 3 has it wasn’t keeping time or counting steps etc. Now I’m having the same issue with this new one, I’ve rebooted and synced and making no difference, any ideas please?

Thanks for troubleshooting this timezone issue. If your Fitbit isn't showing the correct time, I recommend changing the timezone to a completely different one, sync the device, put the correct time and sync again.

To change the time, follow the steps in the article: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?. Also, make sure that the device you are using for this has the correct time. Now, if the unit isn't syncing, follow the steps in the article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?.
