Charge 3 isn't syncing steps to the Fitbit App

For the second day in a row, my Fitbit app doesn't show my steps from my Charge 3. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hello @Plumcake, welcome to the community forums! Thank you for the information! 

 

We experienced an outage 2 days ago that was affecting syncing and the Fitbit App but that should not affect now. I would recommend trying to perform some troubleshooting steps for syncing. For this, please check: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?.

 

I also recommend restarting your mobile device, log out and back into the Fitbit App, Force quit restart the Fitbit App.
