Charge 3 isn't syncing with Galaxy S20+

Fitbit app on Galaxy S20+ does not always sync with Charge 3. Closing and restarting the app does not help. Restarting the phone always works. This is the only app that has problems with syncing. Won't be buying any more Fitbit hardware until this is fixed.

On a side note, please take into consideration that if your phone meets the requirements such as OS, then it should work well with your Fitbit device. https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/technology/compatible-devices.
