Very frustrated with my Charge 3 sleep monitoring. Half the time it doesn’t track all of my sleep and that’s why I bought this watch in the first place.

I'm very sorry for the experience. I would suggest to perform a restart to your Charge 3 by doing the steps below:
1. On Fitbit Charge 3, you can restart your tracker from your wrist. Open the Settings app and tap About > Reboot Device.
2. Or press and hold the button on your tracker for 8 seconds. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
