Why can’t Fitbit solve this?

It's great to see you around, @crazykemper.

There are a few scenarios where you might see your sleep pattern (which shows your time asleep, restless, and awake) instead of sleep stages:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep?
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

Let me know the outcome. 🙂

Thanks for your suggestions however they did not work. I’ve tried those suggestions before. With all due respect, it must be something with charge 3. Never problem until iOS updated to 13. I have come to believe its charge 3 not being compatible. And I have new charge 3 Fitbit sent me when prior charge 3 stopped working properly. I just don’t understand why it can’t be fixed. My sleeping has not changed nor has my bed or anything related to sleep. Frustrating when works for 2 nights then nothing
