I have a charge three which i sync to a windows app. the app says it's got the latest update but it doesn't have the 1.88.11 update. how do i remedy this?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your concern about the latest firmware version on your Charge 3. I appreciate the additional details and I am glad to help. I would like to advise that firmware updates are no longer supported on Windows 10. I recommend to pair your tracker with a compatible device in order to update your device's firmware: How do I update my Fitbit device? After updating your tracker's firmware, you can re-pair the tracker to your Windows 10 device and continue syncing it.
