Charge 3 isn't working right and now it's only showing logo with 001

My Charge 3 started misbehaving a few weeks ago, by losing my step count if synced during the day, forgetting my target steps, refusing to swipe screens. Then it basically went on strike completely. The display shows the Fitbit logo with the dots flashing in a wavy pattern, and the numerals "001" underneath. I've tried restarting it multiple times to no avail.

 

Anyone else experienced this?

I'm sorry to hear about your Charge 3's recent odd behavior. I appreciate you have taken the time to troubleshoot your tracker prior to contacting us. Nice way to go!

Since your tracker's behavior isn't right, I was about to create a support case on your behalf, but I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and I saw that they already helped you to get back on track.
