I recently purchased a Fitbit Charge 3 Special Edition and successfully see to the payment wallet with one of my cards.
When I unlock my Fitbit using the PIN I can see the card but when I try to tap on for the Opal travel the Fitbit vibrates and shows no error messages. I have read that the Charge 3 and Fitbit Pay can be used for Opal travel (in Sydney, Newcastle and Wollongong) but am extremely disappointed it isn't working for me.
Do I have to do any further configuration in the Wallet or on the Charge 3 for me to be able to tap using my Charge 3 and Fitbit Pay?

Are you receiving any type of error on your Charge 3 or the Fitbit app when you try to connect it with Opal Travel? In the meantime, I recommend checking the help article: What should I know about Fitbit Pay?.
