My charge 3 is jumping and vibrating face to face I have rebooted via settings done the 15second reboot changed the face and then back again and nothing works any ideas

Yes! Mine too. And after resetting it, now the device will not sync or track steps etc. It does still detect a heartbeat. Very strange.
