My fit bit ,just starting jumping thru the screens ,then just shut down .Phone said low battery ,even though was fully charged day before .Now won't charge at all .Just does line across screen then blank .Tried cleaning contacts ,tried reset ,tried changing clock .Tried contact on line support chat ,but nothing happens. This happened last time and was replaced but is just over 2 yrs now
