I am so tired of this. For the last two days -- Every time I am on a call (whether incoming or outgoing), my fitbit charge 3 constantly keeps buzzing and adds a new notification that I have a call. Also, for every text message, I get 3 buzzes (or more). I like getting the notifications since I usually have my phone on silent. But I don't need my wrist to keep buzzing while I am speaking on the call, reminding me that I am on an Active Call.
I have rebooted the fitbit (by plugging in and directly through the settings), have turned the notifications on my fitbit on and off again, and have turned my call notifications in the app off and on again. Nothing has worked so far. Help.
