Charge 3 keeps of vibrating and screen moving on it's own

My Charge 3 is constantly vibration in bursts as if the button is stuck and due to that, the screen is automatically changing and becoming irresponsive. I've tried every remedy mentioned here like restarting, rebooting, but it seems as if the watch has a mind of it's own. Please help.
