Hi everyone- hoping to get some help after searching through these threads and not finding a solution- 

I left my charge 3 charging overnight and then when I took it off the charger the next morning the screen was black it would only vibrate when it pushed the side button. I did the reset where I put it on the charger and hold the side button for 10 seconds- got a screen with a charge icon but then the screen went black and now I don’t even get a vibration when I push the side button. When I turn on the app it says that a device can’t be located. 
I’ve had this device for almost a year with no issues so it’s really strange to have this happen all of a sudden. Thanks for your help!

I will have had my charge 3 for a year this week. The screen faded about a week ago and is covered in lines and barely visibly. It has also stopped syncing about the same time. I have done the usual re-start of both the device and my phone many times and am just being told 'device not found'. So strange that this is happening at the end of the guarantee! I'll be interested to hear any replies to our problem.
