I have read the other posts about this issue and I am having the same problem. I have tried the 8 second/smile face restart and the long 15 second off-on restart with no luck. I purchased my watch on July 8, 2019 from Heart Rate Monitors. Just my luck - 2 weeks past the warranty period.
Is there anything else I can try?
