Charge 3 lines on display and not receiving phone call notifications

Charge 3 has lines going through the screen, started off with a 1 now about 5 

also it’s not vibrating when I get a phone call or text when

In regards notifications, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

I’ve rebooted the charge 3, I’ve changed the clock face I get some notifications but not phone calls this started when the lines across the face started. My friend also had this problem with the charge 3
