I have a problem with horizontal lines on the screen of my Charge 3, it’s less then 12 months old and I’m very annoyed about it. It appears to be common from the other users comments.
what is making it worse is the customer service, it’s not simple. I’ve no way of emailing or logging in to make a complaint. There is this forum which personally is of no use and just wastes time but have had to use. There is twitter which I don’t use. When I try call through the app it brings me to a prompt screen asking do I want to log an iOS support request.
It there no way to make customers service convenient and sort out the screen on my charge 3 please.

thanks for the reply. I have tried all of those suggestions As I read the other users posts who have the same issue, it appears that it didn’t fix theirs like it hasn’t fixed my charge 3. unfortunately those support suggestions are no different then the ones I mentioned in my post.
It’s very telling that Fitbit don’t listen to their customers concerns.
