My Charge 3 has lines on it so that the screen is no longer legible. I have looked at the comments and topics in the community and tried the long restart and change clock face but I have had no luck with this. Please advise with what I need to do in order to get this fixed as it is spoiling my enjoyment of using the product with my daughters Fitbit. Thank you.

Please note that our main purpose is to avoid negative experiences to our customers, we're always willing to help and provide troubleshooting steps. Then, if the tracker is deemed defective we review eligibility using the one year warranty option.
