I’ve tried re setting charging . 
when I change the clock face it goes normal then after a few minutes the lines appear anyone help me please ?

Thanks for taking the time to restart your Charge 3 and to change the clock face in order to fix the lines on the screen. Nice way to go! 

I was about to create a support case on your behalf, but I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting and saw that they've helped you already. If you have any questions about how the process is going, you can reply back to the last email you received on April 27th so our team can assist you with those details.
