My Charge 3 shows an inaccurate heart rate during my workouts, or it dramatically falls from 180bpm+ to c. 130bpm in a second when I am still working at a c. 180bpm level. See the attached image for an example where it fell dramatically then raised dramatically as I moved the watch.
I complained to Fitbit and they sent me a replacement and I’m still having the same issue.
I have troubleshooted myself (having it tighter, moving it up and down my wrist, using my other wrist, using a different strap etc.), my app is up to date, I’ve restarted my watch, and literally nothing works. It keep losing then regaining then losing it, and it is unreasonable to keep watching the watch throughout the workout to make sure it is working.
As I’ve paid a lot of money for this fitness tracker, the fact it doesn’t accurately track my fitness is extremely disappointing and I’m massively running out of patience.
How can this be fixed?
