Charge 3 loses time or does change time per time zone

My charge 3 frequently loses time.  I have to check my phone to make sure it is accurate.  After a couple of hours it will correct itself.  I also have problems with it changing time zones during daylight savings as well as when I travel from AZ to WA.

Does the time update when you sync for Fitbit with your phone?  Do you have All-Day Sync selected?
