Charge 3 losing active minutes after restarting it

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My charge 3 would not sync all day yesterday. I rebooted my watch as previously instructed and my activity minutes disappeared. I was told that shouldn't  happen. I thought it might correct itself, in my Windows 10 Dell computer app over night, but it did not. My Activity minutes, steps and hours did not update.  I have been told there is an update  for My Fitbit but it dos not show in my app.

Thanks for your help.

I just talked to someone at support again. My Charge 3 is still not syncing all the time. I talked to someone on Monday the 16th and he had me delete the charge 3 under Bluetooth and then go to the Microsoft store, Fitbit app and try to pair it. We tried it a few times and it never would work. He then told me they're program was down and to try it later. My computer started syncing Tuesday. Today it quit again. I talked to some one at 1:30 and for some reason it decided to sync while I was on the phone. We hung up. It did not sync any more. I just got off the phone talking to dead air. I don't know if he lost me or just hung up, but no one has tried to call me back. He had me delete the Fitbit app and reinstall it and we tried to pair it again and it still wouldn't work. Do you have any thoughts?  Thanks for listening.
