My charge 3 has started losing time over the last 24 hours. First it was by about 15 minutes. Rebooted my phone and fitbit and it came back. Now it is down by 5 minutes. It wont sync even when i refresh sync and when i refresh the app is says no device found.

I'm having the same problem. Noticed on Saturday that the time was wrong on my Charge 3 the app after trying to sync stated No Device. I restarted the charge 3 and the app. This did not work at first, but eventually managed to get a sync. Woke this morning and the time is again out, this time by 2 hours. Unable to sync, app states No Device. Charge 3 has work great for last 10 months, but this is becoming a problem, as I can't rely on the time displayed. I have a Sony Xperia XZ1.

The problem is the non sync issue.

The ability to sync really has nothing to do with settings. But usually has to do with a software/hardware issue.
First step is to remove the tracker from the phones Bluetooth.
Then I would restart it power off the phone.
Restart tracker.
Clear the phones cache

I contacted Customer Services and after trying a number of different restarts, and different devices, they gave up and are sending a replacement Charge 3.

Same issue. App reports 'no device found' and tracker will say 'unable to connect to phone' when trying to use GPS.
I've found that if I take the tracker off for a few minutes it will start to sync again, I've just put my tracker back on and 'no device found' when syncing. Took it off and put it on charging cradle and it syncs. This is not a solution as the phone and app will not connect to allow the use of the GPS when wearing it.
I've also found the 'no device found' issue happens when the tracker gets warm to body temp and will only sync after removing for 5-10 minutes.
I've had one tracker replaced yesterday, only for the replacement to develop the same issue today. Being able to connect and sync only on the cradle is ludicrous and prevents the tracker from being used with GPS whilst exercising.
