Charge 3 loss of steps after sync

Today's steps total reduced to 4500 from 28,000 & the rest of the weeks daily steps reduced to 1440, what the heck is going on?

I just ran 10 miles and walked 3 miles to car afterwards on 10 mile run and had 23,000 steps . Did sync and now it is 8,500 and 4 miles. Never used to do this. Sad that upgrades are now downgrades for this product
