Charge 3 lost data for my day

So I recently joined fitbit about 2 weeks ago. . . I purchased and recieved my charge 3. I had no problems tracking my progress and syncing to the app until today. I synced after a long day of work and noticed that both my active minutes and calories burned had taken major hits. Both dropped with me losing over 1,500 calories and 31 minutes of active time. After investigating further I notice that i lost 8 of 11 active hours of steps as well. It looks as though my fitbit cleared all my data from the day before 3 pm. I rebooted my fitbit multiple times and the data on the device matched what i had done for the day however everytime i synced to the app i lost most of my days progress. Can someone please help me figure this out. It is very discouraging to see all your hardwork go to waste. Thank you in advance!

Most of my stuff has returned now but it’s still missing some days. I’m thinking of investing in an Apple product later this year as the warranty is so much better. Makes me sad because I like the formatting of the FitBit app but if I can’t depend on the product their app isn’t going to keep me here.

Same issue here: Charge 3 lost my data for today.

I had over 100 active minutes today and burned way over 2200 calories, however according to the app and the watch I have currently 0 active minutes and burned just over 1200 calories today. (Distance, floors, steps, heart rate are backed up just fine.) No sync problem apparently. Please help me with this issue, this is so frustrating.

Good morning,

I am having a similar issue.

Lost 2 days of data (Monday the 30th and Tuesday the 31st of Jan).

The app suncying works and the web portal dashboard is also synced.

I reinstalled the app, rebooted the watch and after syncing I still see 0 steps for both days.

Can someone please assist?
