My Charge 3 is approximately a year old. I won it from a newsletter subscription so no idea what the warranty is on this device.
My issue is when I sync I can loose anywhere from 200-2000 steps in a day. I also noticed today my # of active hours is inaccurate. My device will show 5 of 9 yet the dashboard only reflects one. I deleted and readded the device several times but they’re consistently displaying different values. I know my device to be right as I have the reminders to move on and make a point to check my hourly totals.
I noticed others have had issues with the lost steps in the past but am unaware of the solution.
