Charge 3 max heart rate alarm option

Hi all, since Fitbit has no intention of solving the issue of having max heart rate alarms I am going to leave the company after many many years of being a loyal customer. Anyone have any suggestions for a fitness monitor that does have this alarm, I am tending towards the Garmin Vivosport but happy to hear other suggestions. We can only vote with our feet as far as Fitbit is concerned.

It's great to see you around @Skirabbit.

I appreciate the feedback provided about having an option to set alarm when you reach your max heart rate. If in the future there is anything we can help you with, do not hesitate to post it.

Keep the stepping up!

Hello Alejandra!

I'd like you to help me. I'm very inteterested in that feature and I'm wondering if you can propose it for its development.

I bought it thinking of it, and when I tried to configure it I noticed it wasn't possible.

I read that new functionalities was going to be developed.

Best regards

I bought a charge 3 this morning hoping I could track and monitor my fitness, part of which is exercising in a heart rate zone, with no max/min alarms (or buzz) it’s impossible to do this.

For me it’s been a waste of money, time and effort to go out and buy this and set it up.

Heart rate alarms seem to be a pretty basic feature on a HR watch, my polar from 20 years ago had that feature!

not been this disappointed in a product for a long while.
