My charge 3 is missing a few lines of pixels and I have tried restarting it several times is there another solution?

I tried the instructions in the email and I am still experiencing the missing pixels.

Please reply to Support with this update about the issue still being unresolved so they can provide either more instructions or see which options they may have for you.

I also have several black lines across my Charge 3 screen. I’ve tried the restart options mentioned in several posts but that hasn’t helped. Any other suggestions? Thanks
