Charge 3 missing pixels and won't respond to swipes

Hi there,

I've had my fitbit a while now and it's been fine but I came back from exercising the other day and put my fitbit on charge, then I came back to find the screen had suddenly gone funny, like the light pixels were bleeding out and some random thin black strips were visible (see attached image). I've not been able to change it back and the screen also responds intermittently, where I can swipe sideways on it multiple times and get no response or it'll only slide halfway then bounce back.

 

I've tried both the short and long resets and nothing has made a difference.

 

Can anyone help me fix this? It's hard to track exercises when I can't really swipe to get onto the tabs.20200922_223332.jpg
