Hi, I just receive today a fitbit charge3 that I bought and I was trying to paired with my phone and it doesn't work, my phone is a Samsung 10+.
All I have on the watch is the logo and www.fitbit.com/setup I have already download the app and I cannot get this work please help!!! Thxs.

This is happening to me too. I also have a Samsung and am unable to pair. I restarted my phone and turned the bluetooth off and on. The charge 3 shows as available, but the device can't pair and says to check settings.

Hi!
I was able to get it paired. You need to wait until the watch has 100% charge and you have the 🙂 face. When you get this turn off and on the bluetooth and it will allow you to pair it. Hope it help you fix the issue.
