Charge 3: no HR tracking & no HR light

Hi, my preowned Fitbit won't register my heart rate, and there is not light where the sensor is. 

 

I have tried every reset,  unpair and wrist positioning to no avail. 

 

It was working perfectly yesterday morning, during an intense workout, then in the evening I noticed no HR was being acknowledged. 

 

Any help is GREATLY appreciated!

Thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Please check your tracker's settings to verify that the heart rate option is turned on there.
