Charge 3 - no green light, button stuck, losing charge

HI all

Wondering if my unit is completely shot here - started messing around on Tuesday, the button seemed to get stuck because the screen kept flicking between the clock and the exercise selector. When I tried to charge it, it was constantly vibrating like the button was being pressed repeatedly. I managed to select a new clock face and that seemed to work to stabilise it. I got home from gym and the battery was already dead, so I charged it again and it started vibrating again like the button was pressed. Couldn't get it to stop long enough to force a reset. After a couple of hours it stopped and I could use it again. Synced, battery was half full, no problem.

Wednesday afternoon it started buzzing again, couldn't get it to stop. I was at gym and it seemed to record the workout, it was just irritiating with the constant buzzing. When it stopped I managed the 8s press and hold reset, got the smiley face, but same hassle. I also managed a 15s reset in the charging cradle, but then it started vibrating again. Now I can't get that to stop, and the battery drains within an hour.

To compound the misery, last night the green HR light also stopped working. So now it is not recording anything, and with no residual charge and it flicking modes when I try to charge it because the button is stuck I am out of ideas and options. There are no agents here in South Africa who can take a look at it. I have had it for 2.5 years - not sure if this is kinda end of life or if it is worth trying to get someone to fix it.

Any ideas from you lovely people in the Community?
