My Fitbit will no longer sync with my Windows 10 computer. I tried to sync with my iphone and no joy there either. I have re-installed the Fitbit app on the desktop tried the device reboot etc. The computer is finding a Bluetooth device but it is listed as "Unknown Device"
I had a tech tell me last night that the Fitbit system was down last night (Oct.2, 2020) the Charge 3 would not sync with my computer. That does not make any sense.
What I am guessing is that my Charge 3 has lost it's syncing ability for some reason

I have the same issue since Tuesday...29SEP2020. Maybe this date will help Fitbit tech service figure out what changed.

Same! Since Wednesday 28th Sept! I have done everything it has said to do, been reading everyone’s comments and the same keeps happening no matter what.

To fix that, check the app store on your phone for updates for the fitbit app. That should work.

I have done all of that with a Fitbit tech (2 different ones)
The phone does not sync, the computer does not sync, I have re-installed, de installed and uninstalled several times on all devices, Nada.
