I have had my Charge 3 for about six months but bought it used so I doubt I can return it. Yesterday I forgot to charge it so it was at about 16% this morning - I put it on to charge while I was in the shower. Came out and scrolled up to get the percentage, since it wasn't showing - still 16%. Ate breakfast, checked again, 15%. Hmmm... It is now at 10%. It does not seem to acknowledge being on the charger at all.
I have tried multiple usb ports / bricks and my charger works on my husband's Charge 4, so I don't think it's the charger itself. I tried cleaning the contacts and tried 'resetting' but I don't get the smiley face. Somehow the pebble is just not getting the power?
Any ideas? I really don't want to have to buy a new fitbit!!!

They gave me a good discount on another device, so I decided to get a Charge 4. Then while it was being shipped, the Charge 3 suddenly started charging. I'm going to give the old one to my sister in law - told her she can use it until it dies out so she can see if she likes the app. Thanks!
