Charge 3 no longer giving congratulations at 10,000

My Charge 3 used to show a Congratulations display at 10,000 steps, and also used to tell me when I'd reached milestones along the way to 10,000.

I've just reset my fitbit and passed it on to my daughter . She really wants the motivational display but its not happening. Can you help please?

@DBCliff It's great to see you in the Community! 

Make sure that your daughters tracker step goal is set to 10,000 steps in the tracker's settings on your Fitbit app. It could also be that the tracker is in sleep or do not disturb mode so check this by long pressing the button.
