A few days ago my Charge 3 stopped recording zones. It still tracks active minutes, but no longer breaks down activity into the zones of fat burning, cardio and peak. I’ve updated my app, logged out, rebooted my phone and logged back into the app with no result. What else can I do to restore zone tracking?

When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Charge 3 and troubleshoot the Fitbit app with the following steps:
