Charge 3 no longer recording Active zone minutes

A few days ago my Charge 3 stopped recording zones. It still tracks active minutes, but no longer breaks down activity into the zones of fat burning, cardio and peak. I’ve updated my app, logged out, rebooted my phone and logged back into the app with no result. What else can I do to restore zone tracking?

Thanks for your post and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Charge 3 and troubleshoot the Fitbit app with the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the OS version of your phone is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
