Charge 3 no longer records any sleep

Not impressed overall ... already have problem unable to view current heart rate (support never did fix that one) and now I find that apparently I don't sleep any more !

For the past three days my fibit has NOT recorded any sleep.

Nothing I have tried seems to kick it back into recording sleep.

-

Any support available for this issue?

-

Preferably support that actually fixes the problem (unlike my heart rate display problem).

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.

Is there actually a fitbit customer support ?   Or just a self-help community ?

-

If there is a real customer support service - how do I contact it please ?

EMAIL or PHONE or WEB chat/portal -- but NOT a social media (twitter, facebook etc.) link.

Looks like this will be a waste of time.

I have tried resinstalling the Fitbit app (android) only to fit that the app is "no longer compatible with my device".

I have tried searching for the Fitbit again - and I can no longer find it.

-

It seems that legacy support is a concept unknown to Fitbit ....... and that I have wasted the £99 I paid for the device.
