Charge 3 no longer responds

Before I got blank screen for Fitbit Charge 3 it had got slightly wet from washing up then began vibrating randomly then screen went blank but green light on the back still on no red light. Have tried rebooting it as forum suggest but screen blank and watch remains dead. Tried changing clock face via app as suggested but phone says no device detected. Is there anything that can be done? It is less than a year old !!
