For the past week my charge 3 no longer tracks sleep or if it does it’s not for the full night. I’ve never had problems before. I depend on the device for tracking my sleep.

I just encountered this issue about a week ago.  I was receiving a sleep score and wear my charge 3 in the same position on my wrist every night.  The fitbit keeps reading that it was not reading my heart rate?!   Again I have had it in the same position and securely placed on my wrist.

 

I hope someone weighs in with an answer.
