Anyone else noticed that no sleep has been tracked since 1/31? I have this to try to sort out my sleep. Thank you!

And after trying all of the troubleshooting I decided to unpair my charge 3, uninstall the app, fix all the settings to let the fitbit have full access to apps and run in background, clear the phone cache, restart the phone, reinstall the fitbit app and pair my charge 3 again....not it won't even pair. I haven't even had the Fitbit a full year yet. Help?!

I had clear all user data from the watch itself,uninstall app, reinstall app, then re-pair the watch to the app on my phone to get mine to start working again
