Charge 3 no longer vibrating after latest update

My charge 3 is no longer vibrating when I get a text message or a call I think it’s since I got the update as I haven’t changed anything, I don’t have “do not disturb” switched on, Bluetooth is connected etc ... how do I fix this ? I have tried by restarting both my phone and my Fitbit , really annoying

I found out by accident, if you go to the settings on your watch, hit the settings button and scroll either up or down I don’t remember, you will come to DND, make sure that it is off. When I did that my watch started to vibrate again. If you were told to hold the button on the outside for two seconds and the DND should be showing. Make sure that it is dark. The minus sign should not be showing. Hope this helps it did for me.

Hi thanks for the reply I just checked and ya the DND is off, as in it’s dark and the minus sign isn’t showing 😕
